APPLICATION PROCESS:
IMPORTANT!
You must submit your application by February 20, 2012 to receive initiation in Sedona AZ in March 2012
and by August 1, 2012 to receive initiation in Sofia, Bulgaria in September 2012!

Below are the steps for your membership process:

1) Download, print out, fill out, sign and return your Application Form to the IOGT
via email or snail mail (address on the form).

2) You will be contacted via telephone for an interview
by a Fisher Kiing or Fisher Queen and/or one or more IOGT Knights and/or Lady Knights,
as well as our Grand Prior and/or Prioress.
After your interviews, you will be notified of your status as to your acceptance into the Order.

3) If you're accepted for membership in the Order,
your 1st year Membership Dues of $185.00 will be payable at that time.
(This price includes your Knights Templar Cross jewel
that you will receive during your Accolade/Initiation Ceremony.
It does not include the cost for your IOGT Gnostic Knight Templar Mantle. See # 4 below.)
NOTE: Annual IOGT Dues after the 1st year are only $50 per year,
due on the anniversary date of your initiation into the Order.

4) Upon payment of your dues, you will be given instructions
about how to order your IOGT Gnostic Knight Templar Mantle
that you will receive during your Accolade/Initiation Ceremony.
For the March 2012 Sedona AZ Ceremony, the deadline to order your mantle is February 27, 2012.
If you are unable to do so by that date,
you must show proof that you've ordered your mantle in order to be able to receive your Accolade.

For the September 2012 Sofia, Bulgaria Ceremony, the deadline to order your mantle is August 20, 2012.
If you are unable to do so by that date,
you must show proof that you've ordered your mantle in order to be able to receive your Accolade.
