2008 IOGT Initiations will be held at
our International IOGT Headquarters at the
Prince Henry Sinclair Knight Templars Preceptory
Noss Head, Scotland
July 27 - 29, 2008

with your name, complete mailing address, and phone number.

Once you fill out, sign and return your application to our IOGT U.S. headquarters, you will be notified as to your acceptance.
At that time your 1st year membership dues of $145.00
will be payable.
(Note that Annual Dues after the 1st year are only $50 per year,
due on the anniversary of your initiation into the Order.)

Upon payment of your dues, we will give you instructions about how to order your Templar Mantle that you will receive
during the Initiation Ceremony.
